1st day
Breakfast : black coffee or tea (no sugar),
1/2 grapefruit
...1 slice of bread + 2 teaspoon peanut butter
Lunch:
BC or Tea,
1/2 cup tuna in water n 1 slice of bread
Dinner:
BC or Tea,
3Oz of any lean meat or 2 hotdog (steam),
1 cup of green beans,
1 cup of beet roots or carrot,
1 medium apple,
1 regular vanilla ice cream
